Sanitize kiosk interaction with TouchFree 2020 from Exhibitry

Please do not touch.

Technology changes pretty quickly, but these days it may be a good thing to be “out of touch” with tech. There is a growing need for a sanitary approach to public-facing kiosks for museums, trade shows and other public installations. The new TouchFree 2020 from Exhibitry addresses these challenges and more.

Traditional touchscreen inputs are replaced with an on-screen representation of the user’s hand(s), while the acrylic sensor bar provides visual feedback guiding them through the experience. A simple wave of their hand lets users control the virtual hands that puppet their every move. Interaction occurs without the need to touch any surface.

Non-contact Interaction

Exhibitry creates dynamic 3D hands-free experiences. Whether we add non-contact interaction to an existing kiosk, or create a fully gesture-based interactive experience from scratch, the digital artists and programmers at Exhibitry can help you tell your story in a safe and sanitary manner.

The uses are endless for an interactive interface that requires no physical contact. Exhibitry provides a turnkey service to retrofit your existing interactive experiences or touchscreen-based kiosks with our TouchFree 2020 Retrofit model. We provide the hardware, software, integration and any user experience (UX) adaptations required to create a fully integrated non-touch solution.

But TouchFree can go even further. Dynamic new methods of user interaction are possible when our TouchFree system is combined with custom software built to your specifications. TouchFree gestures and dynamic 3D tracking of multiple hands unlock fun and intuitive uses that really bring a TouchFree kiosk to life.
