Tabletop Augmented Reality

Modern augmented reality uses a variety of tricks and techniques to achieve the illusion of animated objects connected to a physical world. Without diving too deep into the virtual nuts and bolts of the matter, this is a quick demo of "marker-less AR." Some AR presentations require printed QR code-like markers to trigger the 3D world. This technique allows objects to be placed just about anywhere.
